"The way a team plays as a whole determines its success. You may have the greatest bunch of individual stars in the world, but if they don't play together, the club won't be worth a dime."
Babe Ruth
At The Project, our dedicated team of staff and trustees is the driving force behind our mission to support financial wellbeing and prevent homelessness. Established in 1991, we have built a reputation for delivering high-quality services to individuals and families throughout Birmingham and Redditch. Our people are passionate, experienced, and committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.
Our staff members are at the heart of The Project’s work. From delivering expert advice and guidance to managing partnerships and outreach programmes, each team member plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our services. With extensive experience in housing, welfare, debt, and financial wellbeing, our staff work tirelessly to support individuals aged 16 and over, empowering them to navigate challenging circumstances and help them in transforming their lives.
Our trustees provide essential governance, strategic direction, and oversight to ensure The Project stays true to its mission and values. Comprised of individuals with a wealth of expertise in areas such as Journalism, Law, and Public Policy, our trustees guide the organisation towards achieving its goals while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
