One of the easiest ways to refer to us is through our website. If you are not able to do so, then please call us on 0121 453 0606 (lines open Tuesday and Thursdays 930 -330).
The criteria for our services changes based on funding – you can find out if we are able to work with you through starting our referral form. On there it will detail what our current criteria is. If you don’t meet the criteria, there is no need to complete the form.
The form comes straight through to our offices and someone will be in touch. Generally there is a 7 day turnaround to contact people but this can become longer if we are extremely busy
Our phone lines are open Tuesday and Thursdays 9:30am-3:30 pm and the number is 0121 453 0606. You can also email us on info@theprojectbirmingham.org
Our address is The Depot, Belton Grove, Birmingham, B45 9PE. We are next opposite Colmers School
The best option is to make an appointment to see one of our advisors. The reason we suggest this is because much of our work takes place in set appointments which means that you can receive dedicated time. If it is an emergency, you can attend The Project however there is no guarantee there will be someone available. In this case, we will make an appointment for you to come back
Feedback in regards to our services is really important to us. There are a number of ways in which you can let us know how we have done:
• We do send a customer survey text to each client we have worked with and that feedback comes to us straight away
• You can also call us on 0121 453 0606 (Tuesday and Thursdays) to let us know
• You can email us on info@theprojectbirmingham.org
• Contact us via our social media links
• Write to us at the address above
• Finally, send us a message via our contact page
